Stationery obsessed pattern illustrator from sunny Brisbane, Australia.
As a self-employed graphic designer specialising in brand design for service-based business, I loved running my own business working with people I loved. But between having special needs children, homeschooling, running a business and my own mental health challenges, I was completely and utterly burnt out.
In August 2024 I closed down my business to focus on my kids and my own wellness (burnout is no joke!). But my lovely Dr ordered me to have a hobby. "Ok!" I said, and I started spending more time illustrating patterns and creating handmade stationery. As a designer and artist, there's nothing more fulfilling than holding your own creations in your hand.
Now, I love to inspire fellow creatives seeking their own hobby (or creative therapy!) Through practical tutorials, I hope to inspire others to illustrate their own patterns and turn them into something unique and handmade.
